RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of any artwork and choose to return it, Shadow Catchers will issue a full refund or a credit against another purchase. The refund or credit will cover the price paid less S&H.

This guarantee does not cover custom matted or framed art.

This money back guarantee is subject to the following terms, conditions & exceptions.

	The purchaser must contact Shadow Catchers within 3 days of receipt noting your intent to return or exchange the artwork and receive return authorization and instructions. The print must be returned to the Shadow Catchers within 30 days of its original ship date.
	This money back guarantee requires that the art is returned in its original packaging in the original condition. Shadow Catchers reserves the right to return without refund any print that is damaged or to reduce the refund to compensate for any damage. If Shadow Catchers decides to take this action, it will contact the purchaser to discuss options.
	The purchaser is responsible for assuring the art is returned to Shadow Catchers on the time schedule above.
	Any refund payment will be in the same form as used for the original purchase. No refunds issued in the form of cash or in any other currency besides U.S. funds. All refunds will be mailed to the "Invoiced" payee and the address used when the order was placed.
	Exceptions to this policy include customer error in ordering.
